FACILITY

Facility is included in almost every join in the DWH so this represents a definitive split. A route must have all steps on tools in the same facility. A tool must process all lots in the same facility. If your site has multiple buildings where lots run on routes using tools in multiple buildings then everything should be one facility. For example, multiple Fab buildings. But if your site has independent facilities like Fab and Test and Assembly where lot may progress from one to the next but on different routes then these should be different facilities. Since this column is in virtually every table it is critical that the value here is exactly matches what is in the MES if the MES has facility. RULE_GROUP

RULE_CLASS

RULE_GROUP_DISPLAY

DESCRIPTION

RULE_GROUP_SORT

LINKS_REQ_ALLOWED_TAG_COND

Define if rule links require an allowed tag condition to be able to tag at the main process step. This is usually set to N unless the metrology step requires recipes to exist in those cases we set to Y to be able to only TAG when an allowed tag condition for the rule link is defined. RULE_GROUP_TOOL_MSO_GROUP

Sets the assigned tool mso group for the rule group. This allows us to determine the percent of tools that are up for the rule group. (* inherited from FPSBASE.MSO_RULE_GROUPS)

IS_DYNAMIC_TOOLSTATUS_COND_ON

Flag that sets the rule group to allow dynamic adjusting of the sample condition and min condition override depending on tool conditions for the rule group. (* inherited from FPSBASE.MSO_RULE_GROUPS)

RULE_GROUP_Q_SKIP_WIP_LIMIT

WIP limit used to trigger post tag skipping of lots for rules where allowed. If WIP for the rule group exceeds this limit, then lots will be allowed to skip by the queue manager if the lots pass checks and rule allows. (* inherited from FPSBASE.MSO_RULE_GROUPS)

USER_ID

UPDATED_INST
