View FPSADMIN.RECENT_TREND_BY_EVENT
Useful query to compare times of recent WIP_EVENT_HIST, EQP_EVENT_HIST, and WIP_WAFER_HIST events over time along with other objects in the same load. This query can be easily modified to compare two periods or even two databases through a link. You can also modify to group by event if desired.

This could be an object name (we will disable loading of that object in the scheduled jobs), a load job (we will disable loading of all objects in that scheduled job), an FPSAPP prefix (we will disable loading of all objects with that prefix), a constraint (we can explain why it is permanently disabled), or a trigger (technically an object so we can get away with omitting this from the column name and also to explain why it is permanently disabled). EVENT |
This is the event registered in the MES. This is for the historical record and display only. Each event is mapped to an FPS event_type and the event_type is what is used by FPS applications. (* inherited from FPSINPUT.WIP_EVENTS) |
