This view provides decision parameters to the MSO UI.

PARAMETER_NAME

The name of the parameter. (* inherited from FPSINPUT.WIP_PARAMETERS)

IS_DEFAULT_PARAMETER

Flag indicating if the parameter is the default parameter to be set. For the UI this will be the default parameter selected. (* inherited from FPSBASE.MSO_DECISION_PARAMETERS)

PARAMETER_SKIP_VALUE

Parameter value that will be set when a lot is to skip the metrolgoy step. (* inherited from FPSBASE.MSO_DECISION_PARAMETERS)

PARAMETER_TAG_VALUE

Parameter value that will be set when a lot is to be measured/inspected at the metrology step. (* inherited from FPSBASE.MSO_DECISION_PARAMETERS)

UPDATED_INST

Time when the record was updated according to the source data. Note this is not the time when the record was actually updated in this table - it will almost always be earlier. (* inherited from FPSINPUT.GEN_FACILITIES)
